URDB -- formerly Universal Records Database -- is announcing a name change and $1 million in Series A funding, from investors Chris Sacca, VantagePoint Capital and 77 Ventures. Initially conceived of at yes, BurningMan, URDB is now RecordSetter and a million dollars more flush.The premise behind RecordSetter is that "everyone on earth can be the world's best at something."
